You are invited to complete this questionnaire as part of an exploration of the  problems and issues that currently exist within the Federation.

The overall findings from an analysis of all responses will inform future developments at the Federation.

Two professional associations have signalled their intention to take strike action, citing two significant issues: management behaviours and cover for absent colleagues.
