Yes - Drpcross Consultancy Ltd has full teachers liability insurance arranged by Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Ltd.

1. We charge a standard consultancy rate for schools of £600 (+VAT) per day. 

2. A fixed price can be agreed with clients for longer-term projects, training sessions and conference speaking.

3. The hourly rate for private Mathematics tutoring is: £60 for University degree students; £50 for A-level students and £40 for GCSE students.

Schools and other clients will be invoiced according the dates set out in the schedule of works; usually after designated aspects of the work have been completed. Invoices must be settled within four weeks.

In the case of short-term consultancy contracts, conference speaking, or training sessions, we usually meet the criteria required for working outside IR35.

Project Planning

At an early stage, the following will be discussed and agreed with the client and ourselves: the scope of the commissioned support; agreed outcomes and reporting mechanisms; the total number of days required to complete the work; the spread of days over a defined period; how the required work will be staged over time.

Contract

Prior to starting the commission, a 'schedule of works as part of an IR-35 compliant contract' will be drawn up which is agreed and signed by the client and consultancy.

Feedback

We provide regular written reports and verbal feedback to school leaders, governors and other appropriate audiences. Our feedback is always thorough, independent, informed and clear.

Monitoring and Evaluation

All aspects of support provided for schools is monitored and evaluated by gathering anonymous feedback via an online evaluation questionnaire. The feedback is used to further improve our work and the findings are shared with client schools or their representatives.
